You Don't Say was part of an Arts Council of England series of commissioned works for television called Expanding Pictures, which matched performance artists with experienced directors. I collaborated with artist Donna Rutherford and director Deborah May on a 9-minute piece, which concerned miscommunication between men and women. It was a fast moving visual journey following a fractured conversation between a man and a woman through the ups and downs of their relationship.
